1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Postbuddy, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. When using particular features, you may also be subject to additional posted guidelines applicable to those features.

2. Description of Service

Postbuddy is a social media management platform that lets you create, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts you connect, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter. Features include AI-assisted content generation, a publishing calendar, and analytics.

3. Registration Obligations

In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.
  • Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

4. User Account, Password, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Connected Platforms & Acceptable Use

When you connect a third-party social media account, you authorize Postbuddy to publish and manage content on your behalf through that platform's official API. You agree that:

  • Your use of each connected platform through Postbuddy must comply with that platform's own terms and policies, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards (for Instagram and Facebook), the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and Professional Community Policies, and the X / Twitter Developer Agreement and Rules.
  • You will not use Postbuddy to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, spam, misleading, or that violates the rules of any connected platform.
  • You own or have the necessary rights to all content you publish through Postbuddy.
  • You may disconnect any platform at any time, which revokes Postbuddy's access to that account.

6. Modifications to Service

Postbuddy reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
